At Dadosfera, we believe that generating strong business opportunities starts with meaningful conversations. We are looking for an SDR Assistant who is proactive, communicative, and driven by results to support our commercial team in outbound prospecting and lead qualification activities.

This professional will play an important role in identifying potential clients, initiating conversations, organizing prospecting activities, and helping generate qualified opportunities for the sales team.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct active prospecting through phone calls, e-mail, LinkedIn, and other outbound channels;
  • Contact cold leads and support lead qualification activities according to the company’s ideal customer profile;
  • Assist with initial outreach strategies to generate interest and schedule meetings for the sales team;
  • Maintain CRM systems updated with contact information, interaction history, and opportunity status;
  • Support prospecting routines, sales cadences, and outreach processes;
  • Monitor outreach activities and performance indicators such as contact volume and meetings scheduled;
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to improve messaging and prospecting approaches;
  • Handle objections and high-volume outreach activities with organization and resilience.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Previous experience in customer service, telemarketing, SDR support, inside sales, pre-sales, call center, or related commercial activities;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Organized and goal-oriented profile;
  • Ability to initiate conversations and interact confidently with potential customers;
  • Good written and verbal communication skills;
  • Familiarity with digital tools, spreadsheets, and CRM systems;
  • Ability to manage multiple activities and follow-up routines simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with B2B sales, SaaS, technology, data, AI, or consulting environments;
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms, especially HubSpot;
  • Knowledge of sales methodologies such as SPIN Selling, BANT, GPCT, or outbound cadences;
  • Previous experience in startups or fast-growing technology companies;
  • Intermediate English proficiency.
