We are hiring an experienced Scrum Master to lead Agile delivery for globally distributed teams working with U.S.-based clients.
This role goes beyond facilitating ceremonies—you will drive delivery outcomes, improve team performance, and elevate Agile maturity across projects. You’ll work in a remote-first environment, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders with required overlap in U.S. time zones.

Key Responsibilities
Lead Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives) with a focus on efficiency and actionable outcomes
Coach teams to improve velocity, ownership, and delivery predictability
Identify and remove impediments to ensure smooth and timely execution
Partner with Product Owners to maintain well-groomed backlogs and clear sprint goals
Drive continuous improvement using retrospectives, metrics, and feedback loops
Provide transparent communication on progress, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders
Track and optimize team performance using metrics such as velocity, cycle time, and burn-down
Enable collaboration across distributed teams working in global time zones
Support adoption and scaling of Agile practices (Scrum/SAFe) where needed
Required Qualifications
5–8 years of overall experience, including minimum 4 years as a Scrum Master
Strong hands-on experience with Scrum and/or Kanban frameworks
Proven ability to work with remote, distributed teams and international stakeholders
Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile delivery lifecycle
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to influence without authority and drive alignment across teams
Experience with Agile tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or equivalent
Certifications
Scrum certification (CSM or PSM) required
SAFe certification preferred (not mandatory but highly valued)
Nice-to-Have
Experience working with U.S.-based clients or time-zone aligned teams
Exposure to Agile transformation or scaling Agile across multiple teams
Experience managing multiple Scrum teams simultaneously
