Position Overview

Fathom Management is seeking a Scrum Master to support Agile delivery teams working closely with business stakeholders and Pega technical teams. This role combines Scrum Master leadership, business analysis, requirements management, and client engagement to help teams translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
