JOB TITLE: Scheduling Coordinator 

SCHEDULE: 32-36 hours/week 
6 Days per week 

COMPENSATION: Base + Commission

  • Training Period (First 2 Weeks): $4.00/hour
  • Post-Training Rate (Week 3 through 6 Months): $5.00/hour
  • Tenure Rate (After 6 Months): $6/hour

JOB DESCRIPTION: 

This role will be responsible for maintaining an efficient, productive, professional, and organized environment. 

In this role, you will need to be a motivated leader with a positive attitude and management experience. You will directly supervise the business line, department leaders, and administrative staff.

  • Reliable and fast internet connection 

  • Headset (with clear sound input and output) and Laptop

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Follow our routine and procedures 

  • Learn & execute our scripts 

  • Answer inbound and make outbound calls for booking and scheduling appointments 

  • Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality customer service 

REQUIREMENTS: 

  • Excellent English communication skills – both verbal and written 

  • Minimum 1–2 years of sales experience (B2C preferred) 

  • Proven ability to follow scripts and handle inbound/outbound calls 

  • Strong customer service background with a focus on quality and consistency 

  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment 

  • Reliable high-speed internet connection 

  • Own working laptop/PC and noise-cancelling headset 

  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a team-player mindset 

  • Goal-oriented with the ability to meet or exceed performance targets 

  • Enthusiastic, energetic, and adaptable to change 

  • Strong time management and organizational skills
