SAP Transformation & Access Segregation Program
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with Scrum Master capabilities to support a strategic, multi-year transformation program currently underway and scheduled to continue through March 2028. This role will support an enterprise-wide SAP-related initiative, including SAP Access Segregation activities associated with a confidential transformation program, while partnering across multiple business and technology value streams.
The Project Manager will be responsible for driving program execution, governance, planning, stakeholder engagement, risk management, and reporting activities. This individual will work closely with Value Stream Leads, business stakeholders, technology teams, and external partners to ensure successful delivery of program objectives while maintaining alignment with strategic business goals.
The ideal candidate combines traditional project management expertise with Agile/Scrum delivery experience and thrives in a highly matrixed, cross-functional environment.
Key Responsibilities
Program & Project Management
Manage program and project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and dependencies in alignment with organizational priorities and leadership expectations.
Develop, maintain, and monitor comprehensive project plans, schedules, milestones, and resource allocations using Azure DevOps (ADO) and other project management tools.
Coordinate multiple parallel initiatives and ensure successful execution within approved timelines and budgets.
Establish, track, and report key program and project metrics in accordance with approved methodologies and governance standards.
Facilitate program governance activities, including steering committee reviews, status updates, decision-making forums, and executive reporting.
Agile Delivery & Scrum Leadership
Serve as a Scrum Master for designated value streams and project teams.
Create and maintain delivery plans within Azure DevOps (ADO).
Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including:
Sprint Planning
Daily Stand-Ups
Sprint Reviews
Sprint Retrospectives
Backlog Refinement Sessions
Monitor execution progress and remove impediments to support team effectiveness and delivery commitments.
Promote Agile best practices and continuous improvement across teams.
Risk, Issue & Dependency Management
Establish and administer RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies) management processes.
Proactively identify risks and issues, assess impacts, and drive mitigation plans through resolution.
Coordinate cross-functional dependency management across workstreams and stakeholders.
Own and facilitate escalation processes to ensure timely decision-making and issue resolution.
Stakeholder & Communication Management
Develop and execute stakeholder engagement and communication strategies.
Facilitate collaboration among business teams, IT teams, external vendors, contractors, and senior leadership.
Provide regular status reporting, dashboards, and executive-level updates.
Ensure transparency regarding project health, risks, budget, resource capacity, and milestone achievement.
Resource & Contractor Management
Support onboarding and coordination of contractors and consulting resources.
Partner with functional leaders to optimize resource allocation and capacity planning.
Ensure project teams have appropriate tools, access, and support to achieve program objectives.
Continuous Improvement
Drive adoption of project management and Agile best practices.
Identify opportunities to improve governance, delivery methodologies, reporting, and team effectiveness.
Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Key Deliverables
Comprehensive project and program plans with defined milestones, dependencies, and resource requirements.
Executive-level status reports, dashboards, and KPI tracking.
Financial tracking and budget management plans, including monthly reporting and variance analysis.
Resource and capacity management plans.
RAID logs and mitigation strategies.
Dependency management frameworks and escalation pathways.
Governance documentation, decision logs, and meeting cadences.
Stakeholder communication and change management plans.
Agile delivery plans and Azure DevOps work management artifacts.
Continuous improvement recommendations and implementation plans.
Required Qualifications
Significant experience managing complex enterprise programs and projects in large, matrixed organizations.
Proven experience serving as both a Project Manager and Scrum Master.
Strong experience with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies.
Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams across business and technology organizations.
Experience creating and maintaining integrated project plans and managing dependencies.
Strong risk, issue, and escalation management capabilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Fluent English language proficiency (Mandatory).
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, or related discipline.
Experience supporting SAP transformation, migration, implementation, or optimization programs.
Experience with merger and acquisition (M&A) integration initiatives.
Prior Kimberly-Clark experience or familiarity with Kimberly-Clark processes and systems.
PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, SAFe, or equivalent certifications.
Experience managing contractor and vendor resources.
Strong understanding of enterprise governance and compliance requirements.
