SAP Syniti – Senior Associate

You’ll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. As part of the SAP Data and Analytics team you will connect people with diverse backgrounds to solve important problems together. As a Senior Associate you will support SAP data migration initiatives utilizing Syniti ADMM and SAP DMC while collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve successful project outcomes.

Responsibilities :

Support SAP data migration and data management activities using Syniti ADMM and SAP DMC

Analyze client data requirements and assist in defining migration strategies

Participate in SAP ECC and S/4HANA data source analysis activities

Perform data extraction, cleansing, transformation, validation, and reconciliation activities

Collaborate with functional and technical teams to ensure migration readiness

Execute migration dress rehearsals and support cutover activities

Maintain communication across various stakeholders and project teams

Contribute to the growth of the consulting practice through knowledge sharing and collaboration

Adapt to changing project requirements and client expectations

5+ years of experience in SAP data management and migration activities

Hands-on experience with Syniti ADMM

Mandatory experience : With SAP DMC (Data Migration Cockpit)

5 to 9 years of experience in SAP data migration projects

Proven experience in SAP data migration solutions

Familiarity with SAP ECC and S/4HANA data source analysis

Knowledge of data management strategies and techniques

Experience with SQL query skills and relational databases

Understanding of integration technologies like IDOCs and BAPIs

Experience in performing migration dress rehearsals and cutover support

Ability to provide advisory services on data management

Knowledge of SAP Data Services, and migration toolsets
