SAP SuccessFactors Consultant

• Successfactors Employee Central Consultant with knowledge of typical US, EMEA and APAC country requirements;
• Technical configuration including standard options, business rules, workflows, custom MDF objects and APIs;
• Work with SAP and non-SAP emerging technologies in the AI, automation and data analytics areas.
• Ability to execute Data loads and data extractions to support ongoing projects and changes.
• Ability to work with the business owners and agree requirements and delivery timelines
• Support of ongoing project activities including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, moves to production and support in a real-time environment.
• Work on an international team in different timezones and often competing priorities.
• Work in an iterative way with the business stakeholders to agree, develop and document solutions.
• Delivery of approved work aligned on the roadmap for people tech

SAP consultant Key Skills

• Strong understanding of business rules, workflows etc
• Experience in configuring MDF Objects, Foundation Objects & Custom solutions
• Experience in SAP API’s, Integration Centre & system integrations
• Familiar with Data migration, imports, data loads extraction 
• Knowledge of AI (SAP and others) capabilities & automation 
• Understand HR processes, country specific requirements over APAC, EMEA & US
• Ability to assess impacts, dependencies, risks and requirement gathering during workshops
• A strong understanding of all modules within the Success Factors suite
• Ability to work with Product Manager, Business Analyst and business stakeholders
• Work with the People Tech team to help deliver projects on time
• Ability to collaborate effectively with our service providers, SAP, Effective people etc.
