Your Next Challenge

Join our client’s team as an SAP SuccessFactors Consultant, focusing on Employee Central and Time Management. You will work closely with clients to understand their business and HR requirements, translate them into effective SuccessFactors configurations, and support the delivery of solutions that improve HR processes.

This role combines SAP SuccessFactors expertise with strong stakeholder engagement, requiring someone who is confident working directly with clients and presenting solutions in workshops.

What You’ll Work On

• Analyze client requirements and translate business needs into effective SAP SuccessFactors configurations.
  
• Work with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Time Management functionalities.
  
• Participate in client workshops and present system functionalities and proposed solutions.
  
• Identify appropriate solutions proactively and contribute to continuous improvements.
  
• Collaborate closely with clients and internal teams throughout the implementation and delivery process.
  
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  
• Support the alignment between business requirements and SAP SuccessFactors capabilities.
  
• Communicate solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  

What We’re Looking For

• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors, particularly Employee Central and Time Management.
  
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  
• Ability to understand client requirements and translate them into effective SAP SuccessFactors configurations.
  
• Experience presenting SAP SuccessFactors functionalities during client workshops.
  
• Proactive approach to identifying solutions and solving business challenges.
  
• Strong relationship-building skills and confidence working directly with clients.
  
• Excellent communication skills in English.
  
• English at C1/C2 level with an active certification.

• Previous experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementation projects.
  
• Experience working with international clients and multicultural teams.
  
• Experience facilitating workshops and requirements-gathering sessions.
