Role Summary:
Independently delivers HRIS module configurations, manages client interactions, and contributes to project delivery with growing functional expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Requirements Gathering & Design: Liaise with client SMEs to gather business requirements and document functional specs. Advise clients on system design options and HRIS best practices.
- Configuration & Data Migration: Configure and test modules to meet client requirements. Perform or support data migration activities as required.
- Client Engagement: Conduct end-to-end demos and UAT walkthroughs for client review. Collect and process feedback to drive system changes.
- Training & Documentation: Deliver end-user training on different modules. Prepare BRDs, training materials, and all project documentation.
- Post-Go-Live Support: Resolve post-implementation issues within agreed SLAs. Implement minor enhancements based on client feedback.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution.
- 4β7 years of HRIS experience; minimum 3 full-cycle implementations.
- Deep expertise in one or more HRIS modules (Core HR, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Payroll etc).
- Strong communication, leadership, and client management skills.
- Certifications: SAP SuccessFactors Certification (required).
