Role Summary:

Independently delivers HRIS module configurations, manages client interactions, and contributes to project delivery with growing functional expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Requirements Gathering & Design: Liaise with client SMEs to gather business requirements and document functional specs. Advise clients on system design options and HRIS best practices.
  • Configuration & Data Migration: Configure and test modules to meet client requirements. Perform or support data migration activities as required.
  • Client Engagement: Conduct end-to-end demos and UAT walkthroughs for client review. Collect and process feedback to drive system changes.
  • Training & Documentation: Deliver end-user training on different modules. Prepare BRDs, training materials, and all project documentation.
  • Post-Go-Live Support: Resolve post-implementation issues within agreed SLAs. Implement minor enhancements based on client feedback.

  • Requirement Gathering: Documents clear business needs during workshops with moderate guidance.
  • Functional Expertise: Configuring and troubleshooting with growing confidence.

  • Consulting Skills: Leads workshops and extracts insights from discussions.

  • Task Ownership: Manages own responsibilities with minimal reminders.
  • Attention to Detail: Reviewing work carefully, reducing avoidable mistakes.
  • Client Orientation: Balances client requests with solution feasibility.
  • Problem Solving: Analyzes root causes and proposes solutions for common issues.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution.
  • 4–7 years of HRIS experience; minimum 3 full-cycle implementations.
  • Deep expertise in one or more HRIS modules (Core HR, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Payroll etc).
  • Strong communication, leadership, and client management skills.
  • Certifications: SAP SuccessFactors Certification (required).
