SAP HCM Global Program Manager

This is a remote position.

Job Description: Global Program Manager

• Location: Remote / Travel may be required
  
• Type: FTE 75% over next 12-18 months 
  

Key Experience / Responsibilities

• Lead at least 5+ full lifecycle global implementations of SAP, SAP SuccessFactors EC Time; WFS, or Payroll.
  
• Manage multiple project workstreams at the same time across different regions and time zones.
  
• Direct project teams, third-party vendors, and internal stakeholders from kickoff to go-live and support.
  
• Control project budgets, timelines, resource allocation, and risk management plans.
  
• Report project health, milestones, and roadblocks directly to executive leadership.
  

Requirements & Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise IT program management.
  
• Proven track record of delivering a minimum of 5 full lifecycle implementations of SAP and/or WFS / Time and Payroll systems.
  
• Deep hands-on experience managing concurrent, cross-functional workstreams in multinational environments.
  
• Strong knowledge of HR, payroll, and workforce management business processes.
  
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills at the C-suite level.
  
• PMP, Agile, or equivalent program management certification preferred.
