Position Summary

CDIT Solutions is seeking an SAP Forms Functional Analyst to support the Joint Transportation Management System (JTMS) program for the United States Transportation Command (USTRANSCOM). This role owns the design, configuration, and optimization of SAP Forms solutions — including form creation, management, execution, settlement, and cost visibility — ensuring seamless integration with Financial Accounting (FI), Materials Management (MM), Sales and Distribution (SD), and Transportation Management (TM).

Key Responsibilities

•       Lead the design, configuration, and support of SAP Forms processes.

•       Configure form creation, management, and execution.

•       Oversee form settlement and charge calculation processes.

•       Support form cost visibility and analytics.

•       Manage enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives.

•       Ensure proper integration between SAP Forms and other SAP modules (e.g., TM, FI, MM, SD).

•       Configure form settlement documents and invoice verification processes.

•       Support automatic posting of form costs within SAP and relevant interfaces.

•       Ensure accurate revenue and cost recognition.

•       Collaborate with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable teams on form invoice reconciliation.

•       Work closely with S/4HANA, TM, Financial Accounting, MM, SD, Extended Warehouse Management (EWM), and interfaces for the financial system of record.

•       Develop and customize SAP Forms, including layout design, form logic, and integration with other SAP modules.

Required Qualifications

•       5+ years of experience in SAP Forms management.

•       Strong knowledge of form settlement and cost distribution.

•       Hands-on configuration experience in SAP Forms and FI.

•       Deep understanding of integration points between SAP Forms, FI, SD, and MM.

•       Experience with form cost calculation, settlement documents, invoice verification, general ledger account determination, and cost postings.

•       Experience with end-to-end Order to Cash and Procure to Pay processes.

•       Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

•       Self-motivated, team-focused individual with a sense of urgency.

•       Strong business process knowledge in logistics.

•       Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

•       Track record of on-time project delivery.

•       Active DoD Secret clearance required.

•       Must be a U.S. Citizen.

Preferred / Nice to Have

•       Experience with embedded SAP Forms in SAP S/4HANA.

•       Experience with intercompany form billing.

•       Knowledge of revenue recognition impacts of form charges.

•       Familiarity with EDI/API integrations with carriers.

•       Federal or public sector environment experience.

•       Experience in global transportation.

•       DoD/DoW IAT Level I Baseline Certification.

•       BS/BA degree or equivalent experience.

•       Certification in SAP Forms or FI.
