SAP Data Analyst – Master Data (S/4HANA Implementation)

We are looking for a SAP Data Analyst with strong experience in Master Data to support an ongoing S/4HANA implementation project. The specialist will work closely with business teams, technical stakeholders, and SAP consultants to ensure accurate data migration, validation, cleansing, and transformation across multiple domains. This is a remote role with a preference for candidates who can comfortably work within the UAE time zone. The ideal consultant is detail-oriented, analytical, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities
• Support Master Data activities in an S/4HANA implementation project.
• Perform data cleansing, validation, enrichment, and transformation according to SAP standards.
• Collaborate with functional teams to analyze business requirements and map master data elements.
• Assist with extraction, profiling, and migration of legacy data into S/4HANA systems.
• Ensure data quality across domains such as materials, customers, vendors, finance, and logistics.
• Prepare and maintain documentation for data objects, templates, rules, and mappings.
• Conduct root-cause analysis of data inconsistencies and propose corrective actions.
• Work closely with SAP consultants on testing, UAT support, and migration activities.
• Monitor data loads, track issues, and ensure compliance with project timelines.

Requirements
• Experience in SAP Master Data processes and standards.
• Understanding of S/4HANA Data Models and data migration concepts.
• Hands-on practice with data cleansing, mapping, validation, and quality checks.
• Ability to work with large datasets and excel in structured documentation.
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• English at B1–B2 level.

Nice to Have
• Experience in full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementation.
• Knowledge of MDG (Master Data Governance).
• Familiarity with data migration tools (LSMW, BODS, SAP Migration Cockpit).
• Experience with cross-domain data (Materials, Vendors, Customers, Finance).
• Understanding of business processes in logistics, supply chain, finance, or production.
