Seamless Migration is seeking a career and customer-oriented SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) Quality Engineer, to join our team.

Location

• Fully Remote (U.S.)

• Candidate must be willing to convert to a full-time employee in the future, if requested.

Overview

• Design and implement a reusable approach to BTP Test Automation and the associated framework.

• Coach and mentor others on the adoption of BTP Test Automation technologies and techniques.

• Analyze and understand BTP Testing procedures and requirements.

• Develop and execute BTP test plans, test cases, and automation, including manual testing when required.

• Identify, document, and follow up on bugs and quality issues, utilizing logging, monitoring, and other tools to provide information upstream.

• Regularly revisit BTP test cases and testing strategy to incorporate the latest product functionality based on rapid release plans for a multitude of products.

• Report on and document BTP testing status and results.

• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on the use and troubleshooting of BTP services.

• Work closely with development and product teams to ensure solutions meet the highest standards of quality.

• Operate from a third-party perspective, requiring excellent problem-solving abilities and strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across teams without creating friction.

• Be detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities and tasks in a deadline-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Test Automation.

• 3+ years of experience in cloud platform testing.

• 5+ years of experience with Java or related programming languages.

• 5+ years of experience with test management systems.

• Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills.

• Knowledge of software testing, programming languages, and quality assurance principles.

Nice To Have

• 3+ years of experience building, maintaining, and enhancing CI/CD pipelines.

• 3+ years of experience developing and/or operating multiple SAP BTP extensions and services from the technical side.

• 3+ years of experience using Playwright with Java.

• 1+ year of experience working with LLMs and building agents to integrate with development workflows.

• Experience working in an Agile DevOps environment.

• Experience operating in AWS, Azure, or GCP.

• Experience with automated reporting.

• Experience with ServiceNow, including building queries, automation flows, and dashboards.
