Salesforce Support Engineer (BAU)

99BrightMinds is seeking a Salesforce Support Engineer (BAU) to support and maintain Salesforce environments, ensuring platform stability, data integrity, and seamless business operations. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, hands-on experience with Salesforce products, and the ability to deliver timely support and continuous improvements.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience supporting Salesforce platforms.
• Hands-on experience with one or more Salesforce products, including:
• Sales Cloud
• Service Cloud
• Data Cloud
• Marketing Cloud
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing support requests and working within SLA-driven environments.
• Understanding of Salesforce administration, configuration, and data management best practices.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple issues in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be based in Jordan, Egypt, or India.

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce Administrator certification or other Salesforce certifications.
• Experience with incident management and IT service management processes.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery environments.
• Experience supporting enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations.
