Position Summary

We are looking for a Salesforce QA Engineer (Middle level) to join our team. You will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our Salesforce applications by designing and executing test cases, identifying issues, and working closely with developers, admins, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.

Responsibilities

• Analyse business and technical requirements to create detailed test plans and test cases.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing of Salesforce solutions.
• Validate customisations, configurations, workflows, and integrations within Salesforce.
• Collaborate with developers, admins, and business analysts to ensure test coverage and defect resolution.
• Identify, document, and track defects using standard tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps).
• Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and assist end-users with testing activities.
• Continuously improve QA processes, testing strategies, and automation coverage.

Skills and Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in software QA, with at least 1 year focused on Salesforce testing.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce platform features (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, custom objects, workflows, validation rules, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with test case design, defect management, and regression testing.
• Experience with API testing (e.g., Postman, SoapUI) is a plus.
• Knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Experience with test automation tools for Salesforce (e.g., Provar, Selenium, TestNG) is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• English proficiency at B2 level, both written and verbal.

Nice to have

• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Platform App Builder, or equivalent).
