We are supporting a global organization seeking a Salesforce Engagement Manager to lead the successful delivery of Salesforce Field Service and Service Cloud initiatives, ensuring alignment between business goals, project execution, user adoption, and long-term value realization.
We’re looking for a Salesforce Engagement Manager who can successfully bridge business and technical teams while driving complex Salesforce implementation projects from discovery through go-live and adoption.
This role is ideal for someone who combines strong project and program management skills with business analysis expertise, stakeholder engagement, and change management experience.
You will own the end-to-end delivery process, ensuring projects remain on schedule, risks are proactively managed, users are prepared for change, and the organization achieves measurable business outcomes from its Salesforce investment.
Lead end-to-end delivery of Salesforce implementation projects, with a focus on Service Cloud and Field Service solutions.
Facilitate discovery sessions, workshops, and requirements-gathering activities with business stakeholders.
Translate business requirements into actionable plans for technical and implementation teams.
Create and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, and resource coordination.
Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks and dependencies.
Drive stakeholder communication and executive reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), training activities, and deployment readiness.
Lead change management initiatives to maximize user adoption and business value.
Define and track project KPIs, adoption metrics, and ROI indicators.
Support go-live activities and post-implementation stabilization efforts.
Act as the primary liaison between business users, implementation teams, and leadership stakeholders.
5+ years of experience in project management, program management, and business analysis.
Proven experience delivering Salesforce implementation projects.
Strong background in:
Requirements gathering and documentation
Stakeholder management
Project planning and execution
Risk and issue management
User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Training coordination
Change management
Experience leading workshops and cross-functional working sessions.
Familiarity with Salesforce Service Cloud and/or Salesforce Field Service.
Experience defining and reporting project KPIs and adoption metrics.
Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across business and technical teams.
English proficiency at C1/C2 level (written and verbal).
Salesforce Administrator certification.
Salesforce Service Cloud experience or certification.
Experience with Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) implementations.
Prosci, ADKAR, or similar change management certification/training.
Experience using structured change management frameworks and toolkits.
Background in service operations, industrial services, manufacturing, or field-service organizations.
Global Salesforce transformation initiative.
High visibility role working directly with business leaders, implementation partners, and technical teams.
Strong focus on user adoption, organizational change, and business value realization.
Collaborative environment with cross-functional stakeholders across multiple regions.
Lead strategic Salesforce transformation programs with global impact.
