Salesforce Business Administrator

We are seeking an experienced Business Solution Analyst to support a large and complex technical solution within a Salesforce development environment. The ideal candidate will have strong Business Analysis experience, hands-on experience supporting a State Benefits system, and experience working with Salesforce and Nintex DocGen. The candidate will serve as a key liaison between business/client stakeholders and technical teams, helping translate business needs into clearly defined requirements and supporting the analysis, validation, documentation, and resolution of application-related issues.

ALL MANDATORY Job Requirements:

1.⁠ ⁠Candidate must have Bachelor's degree in IT related field.
2.⁠ ⁠At least five (5) years of Full-Time Equivalent (FTE) experience working as a Business Solution Analyst, utilizing analytical methodologies and practices in support of IT projects.
3.⁠ ⁠At least three (3) years of experience providing Business Analyst support for a large, complex technical solution.

4.⁠ ⁠At least one (1) year of experience supporting a State Benefits system utilizing a Salesforce development environment using Nintex DocGen.

5.⁠ ⁠Served as the primary liaison between client stakeholders and technical teams.
6.⁠ ⁠Demonstrated strong communication skills to: Gather business and technical requirements; Document and analyze requirements; Validate requirements and proposed solutions; Perform data analysis; Identify, analyze, and address application problems and issues related to Salesforce applications.
7.⁠ ⁠Documentation - Collaborated with business and IT stakeholders to develop and maintain process and application documentation for Salesforce applications, including: Use cases, applications,. Detailed solution/design documentation, Workflow diagrams, Reference guides, User manuals.
8.⁠ ⁠Candidate must possess at least one currently active Salesforce certification.
