Salesforce Architecture Lead

ELITS is looking for a Salesforce Architecture Lead to support our operations remotely in Canada.

About the Position:

We are looking for a highly capable Salesforce Architecture Lead to guide enterprise architecture decisions across complex Salesforce initiatives. In this role, you will help shape scalable, integrated solutions that align business priorities, technology strategy, and long term transformation goals.

You will work closely with executives, stakeholders, and delivery teams to provide architectural direction, strengthen governance, and improve solution quality across the Salesforce landscape.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and advise on integrated business and information technology architecture for Salesforce initiatives.

• Support architecture governance, standards, and review processes, including the Architecture Design Authority.

• Review solution and technical designs to ensure alignment with business needs, platform best practices, and enterprise direction.

• Advise on integration strategy, architecture optimization, and technical improvement opportunities.

• Support planning across releases, priorities, and transformation roadmaps.

• Co create playbooks across requirements, design, development, testing, and deployment.

• Engage executives, stakeholders, and partners to provide architectural guidance and decision support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, software engineering, or a related field.

• 7+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, solution architecture, or complex Salesforce delivery environments.

• Proven experience in Salesforce architecture, enterprise solution design, and large scale transformation programs.

• Strong understanding of business architecture, application architecture, information architecture, and enterprise integration patterns.

• Experience with governance frameworks, architecture reviews, and design standards.

• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills in complex enterprise environments.
