The Salesforce Administrator will design and deliver solutions on the Salesforce platform while leading complex, multi-stream projects across global teams. They are responsible for managing system integrations, supporting AI-driven solutions, and translating technical requirements into business value for stakeholders.
Salesforce Admin
• Salesforce Administrator and Sales Cloud Consultant certifications (required)
• Strong experience with CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) and RCA implementations
• Proven ability to design and deliver solutions leveraging Salesforce platform capabilities
• Experience building or supporting AI-driven or agentic solutions
• Strong understanding of system integrations, ETL processes, and BI tools
• Hands-on experience with data management (data loads, mapping templates, Excel models)
• Exposure to Salesforce Mobile capabilities
• Demonstrated success leading complex, multi-stream projects across global teams
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams through influence (matrix leadership)
• Experience presenting to stakeholders and translating technical solutions into business value
• Experience with PSA tools (e.g., FinancialForce) and Order Management systems
• Familiarity with content management platforms (e.g., Seismic)
• Experience managing third-party AppExchange solutions
• Prior experience supporting M&A integrations within Salesforce ecosystems
