LearnTastic is looking for an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Sales Support Specialist to support our Sales team in managing leads, customer accounts, sales operations, and administrative activities. The ideal candidate will help ensure that sales processes run efficiently while maintaining a high standard of customer service and data accuracy.

The Sales Support Specialist will work closely with sales representatives, account managers, and internal teams to coordinate customer requests, track sales activities, prepare reports, process orders, and support the overall performance of the Sales team.

Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the Sales team.
  • Respond to customer inquiries through email, phone, and other communication channels in a timely and professional manner.
  • Schedule customer meetings, sales appointments, demonstrations, and conferences.
  • Track and maintain sales leads, opportunities, customer accounts, and sales activities.
  • Compile daily and periodic sales reports, performance metrics, and sales data.
  • Coordinate lead distribution and follow-up activities with sales representatives.
  • Monitor sales performance indicators and assist in identifying trends, gaps, and opportunities.
  • Support account managers and sales representatives with customer follow-ups, quotations, proposals, and sales documentation.
  • Create and process customer orders accurately and within required timelines.
  • Coordinate rush orders and follow up on pending orders and customer requests.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer account information.
  • Assist customers with order-related, account-related, and general service inquiries.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and ensure timely solutions.
  • Perform accurate data entry for sales figures, customer information, metrics, and other business data.
  • Maintain organized and accessible sales records, files, reports, and documentation.
  • Assist with analyzing sales trends and preparing information to support sales strategies.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, spreadsheets, and other sales-related materials as required.
  • Support sales leadership and management with scheduling, reporting, documentation, and administrative tasks.
  • Coordinate with Customer Support, Finance, Marketing, and other internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
  • Identify and report unusual activity, data discrepancies, or customer concerns to the appropriate supervisor.
  • Maintain confidentiality when handling customer, employee, and company information.
  • Perform other sales support and administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
  • Previous experience in sales support, sales administration, customer service, office administration, or a related role.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, particularly spreadsheets and presentations.
  • Strong computer literacy and data-entry skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM, sales tracking, or customer management systems.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Understanding of basic sales processes and customer service practices.
  • Ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities and business requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a high-volume sales or administrative environment.
  • Experience using CRM or sales management platforms.
  • Experience preparing sales reports and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Experience with lead management, order processing, and customer account management.
  • Experience in an online education, SaaS, technology, or professional services environment is a plus.

Location: Remote

Salary: 500$/month
