Sales Support Specialist

Key tasks:

• Direct Support  as a first contact for any Customer request
• Handling of quotes and customer inquiries via phone and email
• Supporting Sales force in any administrative tasks and daily business activities
• Creation of compliant and complete tender documents
• Support to Italian Manager in Operations and Tender Documents
• Scours tender portals and procurement websites daily to identify relevant business opportunities
• Contribution to continuous improvement and process optimization

Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service and tender processing is highly appreciated
• Native-level Italian and fluent written and spoken English are mandatory, any additional language skills are considered as an asset
• Strong customer focus and excellent teamwork skills
