Job Summary

Job Duties
- Deliver Welcome Calls
- Utilize the CRM for Identifying, contacting, and notating Dormant Accounts for the purpose of reactivating them
- Provide TPO Portal Support (all portals) & Login Credentials
- Ask for additional loans and scenarios
- Request an introduction to other Loan Officers or Processors who may need login credentials and system support
- Loan-level support of general pipeline, assisting in Running DO & restructuring files /COC

Work Environment
- Remote: This role is fully remote and performed from the employee’s home or another approved off-site location. The company provides essential equipment such as computer, headset and webcam. A reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional workspace are expected.
Minimum Qualifications
- 3 years of mortgage industry experience
- Familiarity with Encompass
Preferred Qualifications
- CRM Management skills
- Proficient in Excel
