About Coral Care

Coral Care started with a parent's experience. Our founder, Jen, saw firsthand how hard it can be to get a child the therapy they need. The therapists were out there. They just weren't easy for families to reach.

So we built a better way. Coral Care connects families with pediatric occupational, speech, and physical therapists who come to them, covered by insurance. We give therapists what they need to build a local practice they love, so they can spend their time with kids instead of on admin.

Today we're a small, close-knit team of operators, clinicians, and engineers who care deeply about the families and therapists we serve. We move fast, say what we think, and cheer each other on. Many of us have a personal connection to this work, as parents, therapists, or both.

The role

We're growing quickly and looking for strong salespeople to help us keep up. We're hiring a group of sales specialists and will place each person on the team where they can make the biggest impact. Depending on the role, you might work with therapists, families, or partners.

What stays the same: you'll spend your day talking to people, understanding what they need, and showing them how Coral Care can help.

What you'll do

• Have great conversations by phone and video with people interested in Coral Care.

• Understand their needs and explain clearly how we can help.

• Move people from interest to commitment, and help them get started.

• Follow up consistently by phone, text, and email.

• Keep the CRM clean. Log every conversation and outcome in HubSpot.

• Share what you hear so we keep improving our experience.

What success looks like

• 30 days: You know our offering and pitch, and you're running conversations on your own.

• 60 days: You're consistently hitting your goals.

• 90 days: You're a trusted part of your team and helping shape how we scale.

Who you are

Must have

• 2+ years in a phone-based sales, recruiting, or customer onboarding role with clear targets

• Energized by high call volume and relentless about follow-up

• Clear, warm communicator who can explain something new simply

• Organized and detail-oriented; you log everything without being asked

• Experience with a CRM (HubSpot a plus)

Nice to have

• Experience selling to two-sided marketplaces, healthcare, or consumer services

• Experience at an early-stage startup

• Comfort switching between different audiences and pitches
