The Sales Representative is responsible for achieving sales goals and managing business operations within the assigned territory. They must maintain strong customer relationships, provide product training to professionals and patients, and ensure all activities comply with company ethics and quality standards.

Main Purpose of the Role
Achieve the sales goals of ADC, managing the business of the company in the territory aligned with the strategy for each product.
As image of Abbott in the territory the sales rep has to follow strictly the ethics code and the values of Abbott.
Main Responsibilities
Develops and implements plans in order to create sales, maintain and expand ADC business.
Ensures that all activities are performed in compliance with quality system requirements.
Keeps updated on internal and competitive products and positioning by utilizing a variety of resources.
Maintains good relationship with customers and visits them fulfilling the established frequency, keeping the costumers file updated.
Writes daily quality and quantity reports on which customers has visited.
Understands and conveys information professionally and accurately.
Train professionals and patients in our products
Profile:
Degree in Science such as Biology, Pharmacy, or similar.
Knows ADC products, their applications and competitors (instruments, technologies, strategies)
Knows and applies ADC procedures, policies and code of business conduct.
Elementary level of English may be useful.
Comprehensive knowledge of diabetes and its treatment
Knows how to operate standard software packages.
Knowledge on how to sell and which strategy to use.
