  • Clearly explain Practice360’s services and value
  • Track all activity, conversations, objections, and next steps in the CRM
  • Follow up with leads until they are booked, closed, disqualified, or placed into a future follow-up cadence
  • Keep the sales pipeline clean, active, and organized
  • Share clear notes with the internal team before discovery calls or demos

Requirements

  • Confident and comfortable speaking on the phone
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Persistent without being pushy
  • Organized and consistent with follow-up
  • Comfortable using CRM systems such as HubSpot or similar tools
  • Excited to learn Practice360’s services and explain them clearly
  • Able to ask open ended discovery questions and identify pain points
  • Goal-oriented, competitive, and motivated by results
  • Shows initiative

  • The sales pipeline is organized and active
  • The team receives clear information before discovery calls or demos
  • New opportunities are consistently created for Practice360
