Position Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated, results-driven, and proactive Sales Representative. This is a full-time role designed for a "hunter" profile who can manage various lead generation activities, outbound prospecting, and sales pipeline growth. You will be responsible for ensuring sales operations remain seamless and efficient across all professional engagements. The ideal candidate is a high-level communicator who can effectively align with a team's thinking, goals, and community connection to drive revenue.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Oversee and coordinate outbound sales efforts, including cold calling and email outreach to identify new business opportunities.
  • Pipeline Management: Assist in the organization, tracking, and execution of the sales funnel, ensuring all leads are followed up on and moved toward closing.
  • Strategic Alignment: Ensure all sales pitches, follow-ups, and negotiations reflect the core values, unique voice, and value proposition of the brand.
  • Coordination: Manage a busy sales calendar and high-volume outreach sequences, keeping track of deadlines and various client interactions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Stakeholder Liaison: Act as a primary point of contact for potential clients, maintaining professional standards and high-level English communication throughout the sales cycle.
  • Operational Excellence: Provide high-level administrative support within the CRM to ensure all data is accurate and that no sales opportunities are missed.

 

Skills & Qualities We Look For

 

  • Communication Skills: Exceptional English writing and verbal skills (C1 level min)
  • Sales Expertise: Proven experience or strong aptitude for outbound sales, telemarketing, or lead generation. Soft Skills: Extreme resilience, a positive attitude, and the ability to stay organized and motivated in a high-energy, "busy" environment.
  • Technical Skills: Ability to quickly learn new phone systems and CRM tools provided during initial training.
