The Sales Representative is a quota-carrying member of the Sales team responsible for driving revenue growth through targeted account development. This role focuses on generating qualified sales opportunities, identifying and re-engaging high-potential dormant or inactive studio accounts, and advancing those opportunities through the sales funnel to close. The Sales Representative owns individual revenue targets and is accountable for the full sales cycle from outbound outreach through conversion, with a focus on expanding wallet share within assigned account sets. 

 
This is a high-activity, relationship-driven role suited to an experienced sales professional with experience in wholesale or B2B environments who is comfortable working independently, managing a pipeline, and executing against quota. 
  •  Meet or exceed individual revenue quota through proactive opportunity development and account growth 
 
  • Generate qualified pipeline opportunities by re-engaging former customers and identifying renewed buying intent 
 
  • Own the full sales cycle from initial outreach through close for assigned accounts 
 
  • Consistently meet or exceed KPI targets related to outreach activity, conversion rate, and revenue generation 
  • Maintain accurate and current records of all account activity and pipeline status in CRM
