At Body & Soul, we're a luxury women's intimate portrait studio in East London. We help everyday women transform how they see themselves through powerful portrait experiences and artwork they keep for life.

We've already guided more than 1,900 women through this journey. For many, it's been the most important, confidence-shifting thing they did that year.

We're now building our flagship London studio into a machine so we can scale it, while protecting the standard that makes the work special.

What We Expect From You

Responsibilities

• High work ethic (Monday-Saturday)

• Follow our proven sales process

• Train with your coach daily

• 100+ Dials per day

• Manage your pipeline & follow up properly

• Admin work for data collection

• Be a team player

Results

• 5 sales per day

• 80% show rate

• 40% close rate

Requirements

• 6mo+ experience in an SDR/BDR role OR sold products for your own business

• Self-sufficient and able to properly manage one's own time

• Open to learning new processes in sales

• Exceptional over the phone (this is a requirement)

• Excellent communication skills

Compensation

• Base: £16,000 per year (paid in ZAR equivalent)

• OTE £32k, top performers £40k+ (uncapped)
