Sales Operations Analyst (Solventum)

As a Sales Operations Analyst, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
Collecting, organizing, and analyzing data from multiple business systems, including ERP, CRM, internal databases, and spreadsheets, to support informed decision-making and business performance.
Serving as a key liaison between Customer Service, Channel Sales teams, and channel partners, supporting purchase order management, inventory analysis, and operational excellence.
Developing, maintaining, and automating management reports, dashboards, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to improve efficiency, data reliability, and business visibility.
Supporting sales performance analysis, forecasting activities, channel effectiveness assessments, profitability reviews, and Marketing Development Fund (MDF) validation and payment processes.
Ensuring data accuracy, governance, and process documentation while driving continuous improvement initiatives, supporting business intelligence projects, and promoting adoption of Microsoft Copilot and other data-driven solutions.
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field AND three (3) years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Analytics, Commercial Operations, or related roles.
Three (3) years of experience analyzing data from ERP, CRM, and business reporting systems.
Experience creating and maintaining dashboards, KPIs, and management reporting tools using Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
Experience supporting forecasting, sales performance analysis, inventory management, and channel operations.
Experience working cross-functionally with Customer Service, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and external partners.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Finance, Engineering, or related disciplines.
Experience with Power BI, Power Query, SQL, Power Automate, or other business intelligence and automation tools.
Experience supporting Marketing Development Fund (MDF) processes, channel partner programs, or commercial operations.
Experience driving process improvement and data governance initiatives.
Experience as a Microsoft Copilot power user or champion, leveraging AI tools to improve productivity and business insights.
Work location: Remote
Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).
