Job Summary
Results-driven Sales Officer responsible for achieving sales targets, developing new business opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers
Requirements
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Identify new business opportunities and appoint potential channel partners.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned territory.
Develop and expand the dealer, distributor and retailer network.
Build strong relationships with dealers, distributors, retailers, farmers and key influencers.
Conduct farmer meetings, field demonstrations, crop seminars and product promotional activities.
Monitor product movement, stock availability and secondary sales in the territory.
Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments from channel partners.
Eligibility & Qualifications
Education: B.Sc./M.Sc. Agriculture equivalent.
Experience: 2+years of experience in Agrochemical sales.
Candidates with strong local market knowledge and relevant sales experience will be preferred.
