Sales Manager Spain – Escape Games, Tourism & Leisure (m/f/d)

Cluetivity is a Berlin-based software company developing GPS-powered outdoor games — a unique blend of interactive treasure hunt, escape room, and augmented reality. Our games have already been enjoyed by more than 3 million participants worldwide.

Our customers are leisure operators, hotels, city tour providers, escape room businesses, and event organizers across Spain, Europe, and beyond. We also develop custom-built games for companies across a wide range of industries: interactive tours, serious games, employee training, and corporate events.

Over 200 companies worldwide use our platform. Spain is one of our key growth markets — which is why we are looking to strengthen our sales team with someone who knows this market from the inside.

YOUR ROLE IN OUR TEAM

You will be responsible for acquiring new customers in the Spanish market, working independently from Spain or Germany. In practice, this means:

• Proactively reaching out to potential customers by phone and video call — presenting, advising, and closing deals
• Managing inbound leads generated by our marketing campaigns
• Guiding each customer from the first conversation through to contract signing and beyond
• Working closely with a small, flat-hierarchy, and agile team
• Occasional in-person meetings with clients in Spain may be part of the role

YOUR PROFILE

• Some experience in sales or customer-facing roles — whether in field sales, inside sales, or phone-based sales
• Communicative, persistent, and not put off by the first "no"
• An interest in gaming, leisure, tourism, or events is a plus
• Native Spanish speaker (required)
• Fluent English for internal communication with the team
• Self-organised and results-driven — you manage your own day
