Sales manager, Online School (Romanian Speaker)

Hello! We´re Abakus School - we’re a leading international school of neuromathematics and cognitive development for children aged 5–12, blending online and offline learning with a science-backed, neuropedagogical approach. 

We are currently expanding and looking for a sales manager who knows the stages of sales and is ready to motivate the client to purchase a course - a cool product and a strong team will help with this!

Your Role

• Communicate with clients via phone (inbound and outbound calls) and WhatsApp to promote and sell additional educational products.

• Guide clients from initial inquiry through to a successful demo lesson.

• Handle client requests, questions, and individual requirements.

• Manage customer interactions and transactions in AmoCRM in accordance with company procedures.

• Attend team meetings, manager reviews, and training sessions.

• Address customer objections and provide professional consultation to help clients select the most suitable educational plan.

• Build and maintain positive client relationships to support customer satisfaction and sales performance.

Requirements

• Native-level Romanian
• English B2 - C1 (speaking & writing)
• Basic Russian is a plus
• Tech-savvy: quick with tools like Google Workspace, CRM, chat platforms
• Proactive, empathetic, and detail-oriented
• Great at multitasking, staying calm under pressure
• Team player with initiative, optimism, and a service mindset

Experience in customer support or education is a bonus — but your attitude and skills matter most.

• Salary of €700/month plus 8% commission on every sale throughout the summer. From September, your base salary remains €700/month, with a new bonus system introduced to reward every sale and increase your earning potential.
