As Sales Manager Netherlands at Founda Health, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our Dutch customer base. This role is focused on new customer acquisition and new value propositions. proactively engage with new prospects in the Dutch healthcare market , hospitals, ZBCs, and potential ecosystem partners , and take ownership of the full new-business sales cycle. Working closely with the Head of Sales and the rest of the NL sales team, you will help Founda add new logos and strengthen our market position in the Netherlands. This is a hands-on, entrepreneurial role for someone who enjoys opening doors, building relationships, and turning complex healthcare challenges into commercial opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify, approach, and engage new Dutch healthcare organizations

  • Own the end-to-end new business sales cycle, from first contact to signed contract.

  • Drive pipeline creation through outbound activities, networking, and events.

  • Qualify prospects and translate their needs into compelling Founda solutions.

  • Coordinate tenders and proposals in collaboration with internal teams and partners.

  • Work closely with Product, Marketing, and Customer teams to align commercial opportunities with Founda’s product roadmap.

  • Represent Founda Health at industry events, conferences, and relevant healthcare forums in the Netherlands.

  • Maintain accurate pipeline and forecast reporting in HubSpot (or similar CRM).

What You’ll Bring

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development, with at least two years experience in healthcare interoperability.

  • Proven ability to open doors and win new customers in complex sales environments.

  • Strong understanding of the Dutch healthcare landscape.

  • Experience with tenders, procurement processes, and multi-stakeholder sales.

  • A proactive, independent working style with a strong sense of ownership.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in Dutch and English (a must).

  • Comfortable working in a growing scale-up environment where not everything is predefined.
