You will be responsible for outbound calling to beauty salons to generate leads, conduct product demos, and close sales deals. Additionally, you will manage existing customer upgrades and provide structured feedback to the product and marketing teams.

Deine Rolle
Du bist unsere Stimme am Telefon - und du liebst genau das.
Outbound-Telefonie: Du rufst Salons aktiv an, weckst Interesse und vereinbarst Demos - aus unseren Leadlisten und Kampagnen.
Bestandskunden-Upgrades: Du rufst Salons an, die Beautinda bereits kostenlos nutzen, und begeisterst sie für unsere Bezahlpakete.
Demo- und Abschlussgespräche: Du führst Video-Demos durch und bringst Deals selbstständig zum Abschluss.
Saubere Dokumentation: Du pflegst deine Aktivitäten und Ergebnisse zuverlässig in unseren Systemen. Feedback-Schleife: Du gibst Einwände und Kundenwünsche strukturiert an Produkt und Marketing
Was du mitbringst
Mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung im telefonischen Vertrieb (Outbound/Telesales), idealerweise SaaS, Software oder Beauty-/Friseurbranche
Nachweisbare Abschlussstärke - du kannst deine Zahlen nennen
Deutsch verhandlungssicher in Wort und Schrift
Selbstorganisation und Disziplin im Homeoffice
Echtes Interesse an unserem Produkt und der Beauty-Branche - du verkaufst nur, wovon du überzeugt bist
