Responsibilities:

Utilize prior sales experience to reach out to small businesses and promote our recruiting services.
Actively engage with potential clients to encourage them to sign up for our recruitment solutions.
Maintain detailed records of interactions and progress using our CRM systems.
Proactively seek out new business opportunities and foster relationships with clients.

Requirements:

Previous experience in sales is required.
Tech-savvy with proficiency in using digital tools and platforms.
Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment.
Eagerness to learn and grow within the company.
Able to accommodate 30 hours of work per week in a professional, remote setting.
