The Sales Incentive Plan (SIP) Analyst supports the execution and continuous improvement of the Sales Incentive Plan, infrastructure and processes. Working closely with the Regional Sales Incentive Plan Managers, this role focuses on maintaining data accuracy, supporting Salesforce.com and Excel/Power BI based tools, and ensuring reliable data flows that underpin incentive calculations. This position plays a critical role in ensuring the integrity of SIP outputs by supporting data preparation, troubleshooting issues, and assisting in the maintenance of calculation logic (algorithms/recipes).

This position reports to the Senior Global Commercial Operations Manager and is part of the Global Commercial Operations team and will work remotely to support our global sales incentive compensation organization. 

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Support SIP Infrastructure and tools: Maintain our custom-built tools and related systems, assist with configuration updates, data uploads and system maintenance activities, monitor system performance and proactively identify data or logic inconsistencies.
  • Prepare and manage data: Extract, clean and prepare data for SIP calculations, reporting and analysis / Ensure data integrity across multiple sources (SFDC, finance, operational systems) / Support recurring data refresh cycles aligned with SIP Calendar.
  • Algorithm and logic Support: Assist in maintaining and troubleshooting calculation logic, rules and recipes used in incentive calculations / investigate data discrepancies and support root cause analysis
  • Reporting and analysis: Prepare reports related to sales performance and incentive payouts / support reconciliation of incentives and assist in audit & validation activities / contribute to improving reporting automation and data visualization
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve data workflows and reduce manual effort / support documentation of processes, data flows and system logic / Ensure adherence to data governance and SIP policies.

The essential requirements of the job include

  • 1-3 years experience in Sales Operations, Finance, Data analytics or similar.
  • Extensive experience working with Salesforce.com (specifically CRM Analytics) as well as experience working with data in Excel/Power query/Power BI and/or SQL-based environments
  • Fluent in English.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Variable incentive compensation Processes & tools (Xactly, Anaplan, Everstage, Spiff)
