You identify the right contacts, reach out proactively, and lay the foundation for a strong sales pipeline.

Sales Executive - New Business

What you can achieve with us :

Your #1 priority: own the full new business cycle
You identify, reach, and qualify IT decision-makers at mid-market and enterprise companies in Norway. You run structured outbound campaigns via social, email, and phone, converting cold contacts into warm conversations. You drive opportunities from first contact through to closed deal and once a customer is won, you work hand in hand with our technical and Account Management teams to ensure a smooth handover and a strong start to the relationship. 

Beyond pipeline: build the glueckkanja brand locally
  • Proactively build your professional network in the Norwegian IT community
  • Select and attend relevant IT events and conferences with a clear focus on generating leads and new contacts
  • Build and maintain the relationship with the local Microsoft organization and become our go-to partner contact
  • Support local brand awareness initiatives in collaboration with our central team

How you fit best to us :

  • Professional experience of B2B outbound sales in IT services, cloud, or cybersecurity
  • Experience engaging senior IT buyers (CIO, CISO, CTO) and managing complex sales cycles
  • Solid knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem (M365, Azure, Security)
  • Native or near-native Norwegian
  • English at C1 level or above for all internal collaboration and reporting
  • You quickly become proficient with CRM systems and document your work diligently
