The role

We are hiring a Sales Executive to own Flarehawk sales across the North America market. This is a high-ownership role for someone who can build pipeline, run disciplined sales cycles, understand security buyers, and help shape the early go-to-market motion for Flarehawk.

What you will do

  • Own outbound and inbound Flarehawk opportunities across North America.
  • Build pipeline through prospecting, partner activity, events, referrals, and account research.
  • Run discovery, qualification, demos with technical support, commercial negotiation, and close plans.
  • Sell to cybersecurity leaders, IT leaders, founders, and operators.
  • Work closely with product and leadership to refine positioning, messaging, objections, and pricing feedback.
  • Maintain clean CRM hygiene and a clear forecast.

What we are looking for

  • Experience selling B2B SaaS, cybersecurity, cloud, infrastructure, or technical products.
  • Strong outbound discipline and comfort building a market from an early base.
  • Ability to understand technical buyer pain and translate it into business value.
  • Clear written and verbal communication.
  • High ownership, low ego, and comfort operating in an early-stage environment.
  • Availability to work North America business hours.

Nice to have

  • Cybersecurity sales experience, especially SOC, SIEM, MDR, cloud security, vulnerability management, or AI/security tooling.
  • Existing network among CISOs, security leaders, MSPs, MSSPs, or cloud/security partners.
  • Experience selling early-stage products or building a new territory.
