Job Description

The Role

As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for Sales and Development of the Victaulic HVAC products and systems with the focus on the North of Italy.

What you will do

  • Promote the Victaulic System for binding application and HVAC solutions.
  • Ensure that the proper knowledge of the Victaulic solutions and system is present in the region, through usage of adequate means such as: seminars, training, technical literature, and technical support.
  • Pursue and obtain the acceptance and specification of the Victaulic System by Owners and Engineering Consulting companies.
  • Field demonstrates the proper installation of the Victaulic system
  • Visit job sites and follow up of installation process of the Victaulic System by the contractor. Train the contractor's personnel in usage and installation of the Victaulic system if required.
  • Co-ordinate with other sales colleagues in the territory
  • Liaise with the local Victaulic distributor and ensure the proper information flow is available and maintained.
  • Report on weekly basis to the Sales Director on activities and marketing information & achieve the budgeted sales and results.

About you

  • You live in the Lombardian region
  • University / College degree, preferably as a mechanical engineer, or demonstrate equivalent.
  • Sales and Technical knowledge acquired through experience (minimum 3-5 years).
  • Familiarity with the mechanical application business - or show the ability to quickly acquire the necessary knowledge and skills.
  • You have commercial feeling and ambition and a customer-oriented approach.
  • Strong team oriented behavior, communication skills and professional appearance
  • Result-driven - The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing challenges.
  • Required to travel in the whole Italian territory
  • Can communicate fluently in English.
