The Role As a Fractional Sales Leader, you won’t just be "making calls." You will be the face of ERP League in Australia. You will leverage your existing relationships within the SAP ecosystem (customers, partners, and SAP account executives) to identify high-value service opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

· Strategic Hunting: Identify and qualify leads for S/4HANA, BTP, SAP IAG/IAS/GRC and SAP RISE with SAP service engagements across the ANZ region.

· Ecosystem Networking: Re-engage your network of SAP Account Executives and Client Partners to position ERP League as a preferred implementation/support partner.

· Deal Architecture: Lead the "top-of-funnel" conversations and work with our technical team to scope high-impact proposals.

· Market Intelligence: Provide feedback on Australian market pricing, competitor moves, and regional demand.

· Partnership Management: Manage our relationship with SAP Australia’s "Mid-Market" and "Enterprise" teams.



Requirements

Must-Have Qualifications

· 8+ Years in SAP Sales/BD: You must have a proven track record of selling SAP services (not just licenses) in the Australian market.

· Existing Rolodex: You can name 10–20 CIOs or SAP IT Managers in Australia you can call today.

· Technical Fluency: Deep understanding of the RISE with SAP offering, BTP, SAP IAG/GRC/IAS and the 2027 ECC-to-S/4HANA migration wave.

· The "Fractional" Mindset: Experience working as an independent advisor or in a fractional capacity where you are self-driven and outcome oriented.

· Local Residency: Must be based in Australia with valid working rights and an understanding of Australian business culture.
