Position Overview

RecruitGo is seeking a driven Sales Development Representative to help expand our reach in the Australian market. This is a dynamic role for someone who thrives on prospecting, building relationships, and setting up high-value meetings with business decision makers.

You’ll be the first point of contact for potential clients, introducing them to our IT services, managed solutions, and cybersecurity offerings.

Responsibilities

  • Outbound Prospecting: Call, email, and connect with Australian businesses via LinkedIn.

  • Lead Qualification: Research companies, confirm fit, and uncover IT challenges or growth opportunities.

  • Appointment Setting: Book qualified discovery meetings for the Managing Director and ensure attendance.

  • CRM Management: Keep HubSpot CRM updated with accurate notes and prospect status.

  • Reporting: Share daily activity summaries, attend weekly sales meetings, and provide market feedback.

*KPIs:

  • Daily: 20–30 calls, 20 LinkedIn outreach activities, 10 personalized emails, CRM updates.

  • Monthly: 8–12 qualified meetings booked, 100+ prospects added to CRM, consistent pipeline growth.

Qualifications

  • Experience working with Australian clients.

  • Previous B2B appointment setting, SDR, telemarketing, or sales experience.

  • Excellent spoken and written English.

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

  • Comfortable speaking with business owners and decision makers.

  • Experience using CRM systems.

  • Reliable internet connection and professional home office setup.

  • Self-motivated and organized.

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Familiarity with HubSpot CRM.

  • Background in IT services, managed services, cybersecurity, telecommunications, SaaS, or professional services.

  • LinkedIn prospecting experience.
