We're hiring sales development professionals with experience in selling AI-focused MDR services to mid-market accounts of 300 to 3,000 employees. These are professionals who understand the difference between selling outcomes-based security services and reselling product licenses or seats. 

This role is a prospecting-focused, quota-carrying role for proven MDR sellers ready to win new AI security business.

What you’ll do:

• Prospect through cold calling, emailing, and LinkedIn outreach to drive new leads.
• Apply social selling techniques to engage prospects with relevant content.
• Initiate conversations with IT directors, CISOs, and business leaders before a formal opportunity exists.
  
• Work closely with the company's leadership to deliver engaging, insightful sales presentations
• Conduct consultative discovery calls and solution demos to address security needs, rather than providing a features walkthrough.
• Represent CyberMSI at industry events, webinars, and Microsoft partner community activities to build referral relationships.
• Use HubSpot CRM, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn and other tools to manage sales pipeline.

What you’ll bring:

• Minimum 3 years of quota-carrying sales experience selling MDR services in the mid-market.
• Experience selling at a Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider (CSP), with fluency in the Microsoft security stack. Candidates whose Microsoft CSP background is limited to license renewal or seat expansion will not be a fit for this role.

• A proven track record of social selling to build pipeline, not simply to post updates.
• High levels of motivation and an urgency to meet aggressive monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas.
• Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.
• A bachelor’s degree.
