Job Overview

We are looking for a responsive and customer-focused Sales & Customer Service Officer to manage enquiries, support sales conversions, and ensure a smooth customer experience. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to work independently during night shift hours.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer enquiries via WhatsApp, social media, and other platforms
  • Provide accurate information on travel packages and promotions
  • Follow up on leads and support conversion into bookings
  • Handover qualified leads to the sales team when required
  • Ensure all enquiries are handled in a timely and professional manner
  • Prepare daily reports including enquiry volume, types of enquiries, and lead status (pending / converted / handed over)

Requirements

  • Preferably based in Johor Bahru, Malaysia
  • Good command of English and Malay (spoken and written)
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Responsible, responsive, and able to work independently
  • Comfortable working night shift hours
  • Prior experience in customer service or sales support is an advantage

Working Hour: Working remotely: 7:00 PM – 2:00 AM (SGT)

Salary: RM2,000 – RM3,000 (depending on experience)
