WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW:
The Sales Contract Manager is responsible for the development, negotiation, execution, and ongoing management of contracts. This role serves as a key partner to the Hospital Sales team, helping to translate business needs into well-structured, compliant contracts.
Working cross-functionally with the Sales Contract Manager supports the full contract lifecycle—from drafting and pricing coordination to legal review and final execution. The role requires a broad understanding of contract structure, commercial terms, and regulatory considerations to ensure agreements are both competitive and compliant.
The ideal candidate brings strong attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, and experience with systems such as Salesforce. Success in this role depends on strong problem-solving skills and the ability to lead through influence, effectively collaborating across diverse stakeholders to drive alignment, mitigate risk, and support business objectives.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED (required/minimum qualifications):
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field required
Experience: Minimum 7 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and related experience required.
Travel: May travel and participate in meetings and conferences throughout Red Cross locations.
Skills & Competencies:
Preferred: Experience in sales contract management within a healthcare setting
This is a WFH role; the candidate may reside anywhere in the United States.
Our target compensation range for this role is $105,000-$110,000k/year
Note that American Red Cross salaries are aligned to the specific geographic location in which the work is primarily performed. Other factors that may be used to determine your actual salary may include your specific skills, how many years of experience you have and comparison to other employees already in this role. **We will review specific salary information at the time of phone screening based upon your location & experience.**
This job will be posted for a minimum of five business days and extended if the applicant pool needs to be expanded.
