Their focus is on delivering high-quality websites while maintaining a personalized experience for every customer.

About the Role:

          The Sales Closer will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle, from outbound prospecting to closing deals with qualified leads. This role involves conducting cold calls to introduce prospects to the company's free website demo, following up with interested businesses, presenting completed demos, handling objections, and converting opportunities into paying customers. The ideal candidate is an experienced sales professional who can work independently, follow proven sales scripts, and consistently achieve ambitious sales targets in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Outbound Prospecting
    • Conduct high-volume cold calls to small business owners
    • Introduce prospects to the company's free website demo offer.
    • Generate interest and qualify potential customers.
    • Maintain consistent daily outbound activity.
  • Sales Closing
    • Conduct virtual closing calls with prospects after demo websites have been created.
    • Walk clients through their personalized website demos.
    • Address questions and objections professionally.
    • Close sales and secure new website service agreements.
  • Lead & Pipeline Management
    • Manage assigned leads throughout the sales process.
    • Maintain accurate records of all prospect interactions.
    • Follow up consistently with interested prospects.
    • Ensure opportunities move efficiently through the sales pipeline.
  • Performance & Collaboration
    • Meet or exceed sales activity and conversion goals.
    • Follow provided sales scripts and processes while adapting naturally to conversations.
    • Communicate effectively with the internal team regarding customer feedback and closed deals.
    • Track performance metrics and continuously improve conversion rates.

Qualifications & Skills must have:
  • 2+ years of experience in sales closing, inside sales, or high-volume outbound sales.
  • Proven experience managing the full sales cycle, including prospecting and closing.
  • Experience working for a small business or startup environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Strong objection-handling and negotiation abilities.
  • Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls daily.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong computer skills and ability to quickly learn new systems.
  • Availability to work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Pacific Time.

Preferred:
  • Experience selling websites, digital marketing services, SaaS, or other B2B services.
  • Spanish proficiency.
  • Experience using CRM platforms.
  • Experience selling to small business owners.
  • Neutral or minimal English accent.
