Key Responsibilities

1. Contract Management

  • Prepare, send, and track contracts for signatures, ensuring timely execution.

  • Follow up on outstanding contracts to minimize delays in the sales process.

2. Proposal Creation

  • Review sales call recordings and create tailored proposals that align with client needs.

  • Maintain a database of proposal templates for efficiency.

  • Ensure proposals are sent within the expected timeframe and track follow-ups.

3. Inbound Lead Management

  • Respond to all inbound leads promptly and qualify prospects based on predefined criteria.

  • Schedule and coordinate sales calls with the appropriate team members.

  • Maintain lead tracking and status updates within the CRM to ensure visibility.

4. Sales Handoff Coordination

  • Manage the transition from sales to operations by ensuring all necessary client details are properly documented and communicated.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in sales support, customer success, or administrative roles.
