Sales Agent-Fully Remote (Egypt Based-Saudi Speakers Only).

About the Role:

We are looking for a results-driven Sales Agent based in Egypt, with native-level fluency in the Saudi dialect, to join our remote team. The ideal candidate has solid retail sales experience and a strong background in HR services or BPO industry.

NOTE:
This role is exclusively only for native-level Saudi dialect speakers.

Key Responsibilities:

-Generate leads and identify new business opportunities.

-Handle outbound and inbound sales calls with Saudi clients.

-Present and promote services in a professional and engaging manner.

-Build strong, long-term client relationships.

-Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.

-Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.

-Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline.

Requirements:

-1–3 years of sales experience.

-Previous experience in HR services or BPO industry is preferred.

-Must be based in Egypt and able to work remotely.

-MUST have native-level fluency in Saudi dialect (Mandatory).

-Excellent communication, persuasion, and closing skills.

-Strong sales mindset and target-driven attitude.

-Ability to work independently in a remote setup.
