About This Opportunity

CTI Staffing is partnering with a leading enterprise organization to find a Senior SailPoint ISC (IdentityNow) Engineer for a fully remote engagement.

This team is scaling its cloud-based identity governance program and needs an engineer who can independently own application onboarding into SailPoint Identity Security Cloud. This is a hands-on delivery role, not an advisory or support seat.

What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end onboarding of applications into SailPoint ISC
  
• Configure, troubleshoot, and optimize ISC connectors and provisioning workflows
  
• Deliver Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) initiatives at enterprise scale
  
• Operate independently with minimal guidance or mentoring
  
• Support governance, compliance, and access management processes
  
• Partner cross-functionally with security and application teams during onboarding cycles
  

Requirements

What You Bring

Must-Have:

• Strong, proven hands-on SailPoint ISC (IdentityNow) implementation experience
  
• Not primarily an IdentityIQ (IIQ) resource with limited ISC exposure
  
• Demonstrated ability to independently own and deliver ISC projects from day one
  
• Deep experience onboarding applications into SailPoint ISC end-to-end
  
• Hands-on engineering and development background within SailPoint ISC
  
• Experience delivering IGA initiatives in large enterprise environments
  
• Familiarity with governance, compliance, and access management processes
  
• Ability to work fully remote with a secure, reliable home office setup
  

Nice-to-Have:

• Recent (within the last year) SailPoint ISC implementation work
  
• Track record delivering ISC projects independently, without heavy oversight
  
• Experience in regulated or large-scale enterprise environments
  

Technical Environment:

• SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC / IdentityNow)
  
• Application onboarding and connector configuration
  
• Identity Governance and Administration (IGA)
  

What Success Looks Like:

• Autonomous ownership of ISC application onboardings within the first 90 days
  
• Minimal ramp time and minimal need for oversight or mentoring
  
• Demonstrated troubleshooting and optimization of live ISC configurations
