We are seeking a dedicated Safety Professional with specialized expertise in HRSG and Simple Cycle power generation to join our Construction team. Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and enforce comprehensive safety protocols specifically tailored to HRSG and Simple Cycle power generation environments.
  
• Conduct rigorous site inspections and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and ensure adherence to OSHA regulations.
  
• Lead safety training initiatives, ensuring all personnel are proficient in OSHA 10 and OSHA 30-hour standards relevant to the construction sector.
  
• Investigate incidents and near-misses to determine root causes and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
  
• Collaborate with project managers and engineering teams to integrate safety measures into the construction lifecycle from planning through execution.
  
• Maintain accurate documentation of safety compliance, training records, and audit reports.
  

• Possess 4 to 5 years of hands-on experience in safety management within the construction industry, with a specific focus on power generation facilities.
  
• Demonstrated proficiency in OSHA 10 and OSHA 30-hour certifications, with a deep understanding of their application in industrial settings.
  
• Strong working knowledge of safety regulations and best practices specific to HRSG and Simple Cycle power generation systems.
  
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with technical teams and management to drive safety compliance.
