When you join RadNet as a Radiology Information System (RIS) Technical Administrator, you will be joining a dedicated team of professionals who deliver quality, value, and access in the 21st century and align all stakeholders- patients, providers, payors, and regulators to achieve the best clinical outcomes.
You Will:
- Support RIS Engineering team, RIS support team and various other teams.
- Responsible for keeping customers and team in the loop about developments that could cause system crashes.
- Document, support, and update processes and workflows.
- Keep abreast of current system developments and looks for ways of improving current practices.
- Work with peers to test or record issues.
- Provide support for customers and staff.
- Accomplish tasks using existing programs to ensure all projects and requests are accounted for and completed.
- Work closely with East and West coast Operations, the RIS/Payment Optimization Team, the Forms team and many others.
- Work with team members to get through administrative documentation as well as train in certain administrative duties.
- Optimize workflows and create job aids as needed.
- Communicate with multiple teams to ensure all system maintenance, upgrades, and patching is known as needed.
- Collaborate and communicate regularly with supporting team members.

To Ensure Success in This Role, You Must Have:
- College education or work experience in a related field is preferred.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel is required.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Power Point is preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be meticulous and self-motivated.
- Problem solving skills are a must.
- Familiarity with medical terminology is preferred.
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to do some travel, 10% of time.

Pay Range: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
